Reception staff welcoming and helpful. Large spacious room. Easy access to railway station, restaurants and bars. Chose not to have breakfast at the hotel. Personal preference to have a coffee etc in little bakeries/cafes.

Generous room , looks like you are on a boat, and clean and quiet, close to the center. The breakfast buffet was one of the best with an excellent choice and surprisingly good expresso from the machine (even if very noisy). Easy walk to the center.

- parking facilities. There was no place at the hotel's parking but there is pretty big public parking next to the hotel and it is only 10 euros for 24 hours. - big room - good breakfast - close to the city center

Good location 10 minute walk from the old quarter. Clean modern rooms. We had a suite for 3 which was very generous. There is a multi storey car park 2 minutes away. We didn't have breakfast but the buffet looked very good. The hotel is reasonably easy to find via Google maps. You will however need a clean air carnet to get through some parts of town. Order these online from the French authority for £5. You get a printable version straight away and my original came within a week.

Staff were exceptional and very welcoming. As it was Easter, they also did an Easter craft challenge for Children, which was very sweet and excited the children! The room was very comfortable and perfect for four people (2 adults and 2 children) It was also a great location and very easy stopover on way back from Alps.

We stayed in a suite (2 adults and 2 kids). We were very happy with how the room is arranged (symbolic separation between the double bed and the space for the kids, moveable table, great bathroom, separate toilet, possibility to make tea and coffee). The kids received a welcome book, which is a nice attention. We brought our own breakfast and ate in the room. The hotel is very close to the station which was why we stayed there.

the hotel was immaculate and the room was comfortable and well laid out. The closeness to the city centre was ideal, a short walk and you can cut through the station when it is open, when it is closed it’s still only adds an extra 5mins walk so not a problem. The breakfast was great for my partner (not so great for me as a vegan though!) Staff were helpful and friendly and the room was cleaned thoroughly daily. The tea and coffee selection in the room was great!

Great location whether traveling by car or train. Good parking facilities including clean parking garage. Room is standard Novotel Suites - very functional and comfortable including fridge and microwave. Breakfast choices very good. Full time staff service, bar, small shop. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

close to centre, staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean. Rooms were a bit old fashioned but the important thing is they were very clean and great facilities, even a microwave! We have interconnecting rooms as we are a family of 6 and the rooms were huge in order to account for this. In 1 room we had a large double bed, a single bed and a cot and even had screens in the middle of the room for privacy, the other room had the same. very very spacious. Only down side is the shower tray filled up and ended up flooding the bathroom.

Two adults, a teenager and a tween all shared family room. The pull out bed was fine, but tween wanted ‘proper’ bed. Facilities good including microwave (didn’t use), fridge, kettle and coffee machine (didn’t try latter). Breakfast had good variety (croissants, cereals, yoghurts, fruit juice, waffles, eggs, fresh fruit…). Overall enjoyed our one night stay. Reception staff very helpful. Liked the shower gel!
